Walking backwards into the future: A leadership course for women of diverse backgrounds
“Ka mua, ka muri” is a whakatauki, a Māori proverb/saying, that means “walking backwards into the future” – the idea we should look to the past to inform the future.
This course is curated for women from diverse backgrounds to embrace their cultural identity and become influential leaders. The course and its content will focus on the following aspects to build cultural confidence, resilience and relationships in life and workplace:
