A leadership course for women of diverse backgrounds

This course is curated for women from diverse backgrounds to embrace their cultural identity and become influential leaders. The course and its content will focus on the following aspects to build cultural confidence, resilience and relationships in life and workplace:

  • encourage women from diverse backgrounds to embrace their life’s journey by exploring the multiple threads that weave their lives
  • provide tools and techniques for leading oneself by exploring their strengths, values, people, and metaphor
  • lead others by exploring key strategies linked to the art of influence and communication
  • encourage the development of a personal future using futures foresight tools.
